Our OP is best suited for those with mild addictions or who are stepping down from more intensive, structured programs. Having a support system at home is also important to the success of an outpatient program.
This depends on your custom treatment plan. However, you can expect to participate in 1–3 therapy sessions a week focusing on counseling and relapse prevention. Our outpatient programs also last anywhere from several weeks to a few months depending on your needs.
Absolutely. We will discuss your time commitments during your intake and make sure to schedule your sessions around your work, school, and family commitments.
You will attend individual counseling, group therapy, and family therapy to help focus on relapse prevention, coping strategies, and overall emotional well-being.
If you relapse or realize you need more intensive programs, our team will assess your needs and help you find the right program for you.
We encourage friends and families to participate in our counseling sessions to learn ways to support you during recovery.
Our outpatient treatment program is a lower-intensity, flexible option providing support for patients who need treatment support while maintaining their daily responsibilities such as work or school. It is an excellent option for those who have completed higher-intensity treatment programs or who have milder cases of addiction.
Partial Hospitalization Programs serve as a middle step between inpatient rehab and intensive outpatient programs. This program is an intensive, structured program that provides comprehensive care without requiring full-time hospitalization. Patients will receive treatment support in a hospital setting but can return home in the evenings.
