Hope Haven Recovery Center's PHP is a day treatment program that provides highly structured, intensive care while allowing you to return home in the evenings. This program is centered around determining the underlying causes of addiction using evidence-based therapies, educational sessions, and skill-building workshops. The goal is to combine addiction education, life skills training, and evidence-based therapies to overcome addiction.
Hope Haven Recovery Center is committed to providing professional and compassionate care. Our team of clinicians and addiction treatment specialists use evidence-based practices to help support your journey to sobriety and continue your life in recovery.
Our PHP addresses the underlying causes of addiction and symptom-awareness so you can live a healthy life in recovery. We use a combination of intensive therapy and life skills application to help you gain the confidence you need to live a life free from substances.
The main difference between PHP and inpatient treatment is flexibility. Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) still provide the same intensive treatment during the day, but you don’t remain there 24/7 and can return home in the evenings.
The duration of a PHP varies depending on your needs. Our treatment plans are tailored to support your unique journey, and our team will help develop a plan best suited for you. Typically, sessions last a couple of weeks, with treatment occurring 5 days a week
PHP includes a combination of individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, and evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
Yes, PHP is an excellent option for individuals transitioning from inpatient treatment. PHP provides structure and support while offering greater independence.
This will depend on your work and school scheduled. There’s a significant time commitment to our PHP program during the day, but since your evenings are free, this flexibility can allow you to maintain your other commitments, such as work or school if they are supported by your treatment plan.
Yes, if you need access to medical professionals for medication management, ongoing monitoring, and mental health condition support, our PHP program includes access to medical professionals.
Most patients transition to an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or outpatient care to continue their recovery journey once successfully completing their PHP program. We’ll work with you to create a personalized aftercare plan to maintain your progress.
Absolutely. We firmly believe building a support network is imperative to the success of one’s recovery. We strongly encourage loved ones to participate in our family therapy sessions to help them find ways to support you.
PHP allows for some flexibility in the evenings, but the program is designed to be full-time during the day in order to gain the most benefit out of it. If you are unable to commit to a PHP program full-time, we can help you explore alternate options such as IOP or OP programs.
The ideal PHP patient is one who needs intensive treatment but can still be successful without round-the-clock supervision.
Our outpatient treatment program is a lower-intensity, flexible option providing support for patients who need treatment support while maintaining their daily responsibilities such as work or school. It is an excellent option for those who have completed higher-intensity treatment programs or who have milder cases of addiction.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured but flexible treatment option for individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addictions. Our IOP provides a higher level of care than traditional outpatient therapy but allows patients to maintain their daily responsibilities, such as work, school, or family life.
